Although there were delays due to the substantial wet weather, and a disruption to the onsite workforce due to COVID, the anticipated completion of Hillview is still Q3, 2023.

The site drainage, electrical and basement works are nearing completion, with the above ground works (construction of the homes) due to commence in the coming weeks. A large portion of the above ground building material has been delivered to the site and the developer is hopeful the pace of construction can pick up now that the site works are less reliant on dry weather.
